Not all relationships should be reactivated. The fact that a partner cheats doesn't always mean he loves this new person. It could mean that he doesn't love you. Maybe he never really did. He might have just thought of you as nice, and 'nice' doesn't last that long. Even his pleadings to come back, might be a guilt thing. One should get the facts striaght. A relationship is about two people, not one. Besides, if you've loved and lost, you could always love again. But only when you LET IT GO.

sorry, sweetheart but I think you're talking shite. I grew up with above rule and, believe me, it did me no favours. Made me afraid of men and I have ended up single and childless. I think, ideally, sex should be in the context of a loving relationship, people shouldn't hurt or use each other - but to ban it outright unless your married is daft. I'm now 54 with no sex drive to speak off, and I regret a lot of wasted years.
